When you contact us or apply for a service we may collect your name, ID/passport number, contact details, address, company details, uploaded supporting documents, and service preferences.
Why we collect it
- To process service applications and installations
- To comply with RICA and other legal obligations
- To provide support, billing and account management
- To communicate about your service
Sharing
We may share necessary information with upstream providers (e.g. Openserve / mobile network partners), our billing platform, and regulators or law enforcement when legally required.
Retention
RICA-related information may be retained for the periods required by law (commonly up to five years from relevant SIM events). Other information is kept only as long as needed for service and legal purposes.
